On The Assistance Systems Of Chinese Criminal Victims

Since a long time, in our country and the world of the criminal law theory and practice,we like to protect the suspects from the point of them ,with little relief of victims from the view of them . But in the real life, criminal victims in all aspects of the embarrassment of the status can not be ignored, it is worrisome. The good news is that, with the worldwide rise of the victims of the crime study, from the perspective of victims of criminal analysis, to explore, study the issue of criminal victim's assistance, has become the study of world trends in criminal proceedings.In this paper, the author wrote from defining the scope of the criminal victims ,exposing the real life of the Chinese criminal victims by two victims of domestic criminal cases ,and fully discussed the urgency and the need of establishment of the aid systems of the contemporary Chinese criminal victims , at the same time ,learaing the practices and experience to aid the victims from the Anglo-American , Japan and South Korea, Germany and France and other major countries in the world, also the Taiwan China, Hong Kong , the United Nations, and so on ; quoting the beneficial practices in some regions of China and a number of social forces , detailed analysising the need and feasibility to establish the aid systems of the Chinese criminal victims ,giving some steps to establish and improve the contemporary Chinese state assistance system and the society assistance system , and describing the aspects on the establishment and implementation of these two assistance systems may be involved one by one , hoping to be beneficial to improve the current embarrassment of our criminal victims .
