Today, in the face of the complicated international and domestic situation, some of the traditional method of ideological and political education can not fully meet the needs of the new situation, current work of political and ideological education needs to be improved, ways and means. The old preaching, strong instilling ways easily lead to arousing people’s reverse psychology, in carrying forward their fine traditions, we must innovate and improve the content, form, Ways, means and other aspects so as to meet the requirements of the times.Confucianism originated Annals of Confucius in the late Spring and Autumn, Mencius inherited and developed it. Confucius and Mencius was formed as a school system. The status of Confucian culture is a natural formation, not self-appointed. Confucianism who had always been civilians of the study, just shifted the palace of the product to the private sector. In bad times when ceremony collapsed, Confucius set up private schools which carried on three generations of the ancient cultural heritage. The mission of the education opened to the private sector. From the end of Warring States Period to middle Han society, Confucianism gradually strived to establish the position in the various schools. Comparison to other schools, the Confucian thought was reasonable to meet and accept the by the ruling parties. It could make social cohesion and take a positive role at that time. Chinese Confucian culture is representative of the most concentrated spirits, but also has the characteristics of the times because of accompanying the social. The same strain of Confucianism is the orthodoxy of the Chinese culture for thousands of years. It had a significant impact on Chinese history and reality。Today Confucian culture is still deeply affect the national. Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, "Three Represents", concept of scientific development and harmonious society building is intrinsically related with the Confucian tradition of statecraft, seeking truth from facts, applying what they learn practical ideas the Tian Ren thought and other Chinese wisdoms. The 21st century is an era of globalization, facing the new historical period, in order to strengthen ideological and political education, we should learn from the Confucian culture which has had a number of bold and successful means of communication, thereby we seek to improve the practical effective communication channels on the ideological and political education.In this paper the author tries to explore the current practical ideological and political education path as the research topic from successful Confucian culture dissemination models, focusing on the combining of theoretical research and practical exploration by asking questions, analyzing problems and solving problem. Paper is divided into four parts. The first chapter gives the introduction to the meaning, the tracing, the development of Confucian culture, Confucian culture’s impact on the ideological and political education. The second Chapter focuses on the specific mode of transmission of Confucian culture. The author discusses it mainly from the following four aspects:First, the official study, "Domination of Confucianism," entering the imperial official position by the official examination. The author argues this mainly from the above points. Second, the note after the establishment of theories,managing the private school broadly. Regarding this viewpoint, the author pours separately from the Confucian scholar after the establishment of theories and managing the private school broadly, enlightening the populace to expand the discussion; Third, infiltration of the family, inheritance of the Confucian culture. In this section, it mainly discusses how to inherit the Confucian culture using the patriarchal clan family discipline system. Fourth, broad audience, education without discrimination. The author Specifically discusses that Confucian culture inheritance educate the populace using the Confucianism that can receive the Confucian culture, so let the Confucianism culture thorough folk,regardless of respectable and humble.The third Chapter, the Analysis of the Ideological and political education dissemination. This part first carries on the outline to the Ideological and political education and the Ideological and political education dissemination, analyzes the current Ideological and political education dissemination present situation in our country. It is thought that although the current Ideological and political education dissemination work is very greatly progressive, it still also has some problems. And then the author addresses this separately from the school, Family and society in three areas. Second, enlarging the political education propaganda dynamics using of modern media carrier; third, universal coverage which can achieve popular ideological and political education; Fourth, ideological and political education’s dissemination must keep pace with the times on the basis of humanist and scientific development; Fifth, ideological and political education Should pay attention to various forms, so that people love; Sixth, the Government attaches importance to purify the social environment, creates a good educational environment.Through six detailed analysis, the author gets some scientific feasible suggestion.
