The Research On The Practice Of Confucian Excellent Ideological Culture In The Education Of Cadres' Anti-corruption

In recent years,China is ramping up efforts to fight corruption continuously and has already made remarkable achievements,which inspires confidence and wins the people's support.As the struggle against corruption deepened,anti-corruption tends towards on prevention while continuously increasing the intensity of corruption investigation and punishment.As the basics to prevent corruption,cadres' anti-corruption education is also an important guarantee to administer the party strictly,prevent and control of corruption effectively,keep close ties with the masses,consolidate the party's ruling foundation and promotes the continuous development of clean government.Confucianism owns the dominant position in Chinese traditional culture,after thousands of years it is still unfailing.Even with a certain historical limitation,Confucianism contains the extraordinary political wisdom and classical thought of government,which provides practical guiding significance in the education and the construction of clean and honest government cadres today.In this paper,through lessons from philosophy,literature,ethics and the research of administrative science,education,the basic concepts of corruption,anti-corruption,anti-corruption education and Confucian ideology and culture are elaborated.Through investigation on the anti-corruption education history,the ideology and methods of the ancient Chinese anti-corruption education,the thoughts and practice of the anti-corruption education of the Communist Party of China at different stage are summarized and analyzed.The significance and necessity of strengthening the education of cadres are studied,which is meaningful to build a socialist harmonious society,consolidate and maintain the leading role of the Party,and promote the formation of good social atmosphere.Based on current problems in the Party,for example,serious corruption,illegal administration,dereliction of duty,the importance and necessity of anti-corruption education are discoursed.The core idealogy ofConfucianism,‘rule by moral force',‘people-oriented',‘sacrifice profit to duty' and‘shame and fear awareness',are of great reference significance to cadres' anti-corruption education.In the last,a practice in Qufu city as an example with positive effect to apply Confucian thoughts and culture in the education of cadres is introduced and the issues from multi-aspect during practice,including idealogy,management and operation mechanism,are identified and analyzed,counter plan and suggestion are made accordingly.In this paper,the author thinks it is necessary to further strengthen cadres' subjective consciousness of honest and self-discipline through anti-corruption education with the excellent idealogy of Confucianism.During overall planning of anti-corruption education,the major responsibility to strengthen Party self-discipline should be taken by the Party committee strictly,meanwhile discipline inspection authorities should take the role of organizer and coordinator.Through the implementation of Confucian curriculum development plan,teacher training plan,flexible teaching mode develpement plan and creation of model brand education institutes,to enhance the quality and level of the education and training.To strengthen anti-corruption education and culture construction,to create distinctive anti-corruption education base cluster,to build the backbone of anti-corruption education culture,to improve the level of informationization and modernization,and to promote institutionalization of cadres' anti-corruption education,theoretical and practical investigation and discussion have been made in this paper.
