The rapid development of the Internet has today, online advertising in e-commerce and online games as the maximum profit point tied a lot of money to attract investment, and online advertising from the production, publishing, management and other aspects are not filled in all fair competition, all sectors of online advertising is facing the threat of a growing number of wrongful acts. Including false advertising, hidden advertising to exclude competitors, damage legitimate rights and interests of consumers’online advertising has become the most common form of unfair competition. While traditional advertising in our law on unfair competition in making a more detailed regulation, but because of online advertising has its own WEB of the characteristics of the traditional legal regulation of advertising is difficult for the emerging problem of online advertising to be adjusted, but far to ensure that emerging e-commerce market can not achieve stable and sustainable development. Therefore, online advertising in the regulation of unfair competition issues in-depth analysis and discussion to the existing legal framework, a new e-commerce legal system, which even in e-commerce network of the future economic development of great significance, is this the meaning and purpose.
