The Study On Construction And Development Of The Political Associations In China In The View Of Harmonious Society

Political associations are such social groups which aredistinguished from the parties and state organs, participate inpolitical life according to the common interests voluntarily, havemany functions, such as expression of opinion, social management,participation in and deliberation of state affairs, democraticsupervision, and political socialization. In the view of harmonioussociety and from the point of the political system, politicalassociations as a bridge link Communist Party of China, all socialsectors and special interest groups. They play promoting economicdevelopment, promoting the process of political democratization,inheriting and innovating socialist culture and promoting theprosperity and development of social undertakings etc.Long-term since, much accomplishment of politics, economy,culture, society and other aspects of China’s political associationsshowed their important position in the political life and displayed theimportant function in the social governance. In the process ofestablishing harmonious society, there are many advantages topromote the development of China’s political associations. But due tothe influence of various factors, there are also some problemsappearing in the construction and development of China’s politicalassociations, such as not enough perfect system for function, inadequate protection, social environment executing barriers,self-construction to be strengthened, etc. These problems have beenaffecting normal function of China’s political associations to play andthe construction and development of themselves. New environmentrequires China’s political associations to transform correspondinglyso as to play a role in the process of constructing the harmonioussociety. In the view of the above, we should consider some measuresfor the construction and development of China’s political associationsas follows. We should uphold the CPC’s leadership, adhere to separatethe management of associations to the government, adapt to thetrend of the government function change to improve the managementmode, to promote the process of "removing security administration"for political associations actively. We should set up and perfect thelaws and regulations, ensure the demand of resources, perfectregulation system, cultivate the civil society, to strengthen themanagement and support of the government for the politicalassociations. We should make the important issues related politicalassociations clearly, improve the working mechanism, strengthen theconstruction of credibility, to strengthen the political associationsthemselves’building. We should devote to the political associationswhich have Chinese characteristics and are both public and economic,political and autonomous , popular and representative, current andsuccessive.
