In this thesis, two sulfonic compounds with excellent water-solvability,(2-hydroxy-6-phenylpyrimidin-4-yl)methane sulfonic acid(HLA) and2-sulfoacetic acid(H2LB) were synthesized through Biginelli reaction and sulfonation reaction, withbenzaldehyde, ethyl allylacetoacetate and urea (or thiourea) as raw materials. Thecrystal structure, mass spectrometry(MS), IR,1HNMR,13CNMR, fluorescenceproperties(PL)of HLAwas determined, wicth have novel structure. Three novelmetal-organic sulfonic complexes did not see reports in the literature,[Mg(H2O)6](LA)2(1),[Ca(H2O)3LA]n(2),[BaLB]n(3), with one-dimensional, Two-dimensional aswell as Three-dimensional struetures respectively, were also synthesized by thehydrothermal synthesis of alkaline earth metals with organic sulfonic compounds asligands and the crystal structure, powder diffraction, IR, PL and TG-DTA weredetermined.In compound1, the Mg2+was coordinated by six O atoms, came from six watermolecules. The octagonal configuration Formed by the typical six coordination. TheHLAexisted in the form of anion in order to charge balance, did not coordinate withMg2+. O atoms came from sulfonic group and hydroxy group of more HLAformmetal-organic sulfonic complexes of three dimensional structure by hydrogen bonds.In compound2, the Ca2+was coordinated by six O atoms and one N atom. ThreeO atoms came from three water molecules, the other three O atoms came from threesulfonic group of different HLA,the N atom came from carboxyl group of two HLA.Thesis O atoms and the N atom form metal-organic sulfonic complexes of the layerstructure, by Chelating and connecting with metal ions.In compound3, the Ba2+was coordinated by nine O atoms. Five O atoms camefrom two sulfonic group of two HLB,three O atoms came from two carboxyl group ofthe two HLB, the last O atom came from the carboxyl group of the third HLB. In HLB,three O atoms came from the sulfonic group coordinated with three Ba2+, and two ofthe three chelated the fourth Ba2+.Two O atoms came from carboxyl group chelatedthe fifth Ba2+, and one of the two chelated the sixth and seventh Ba2+, so as to formmetal-organic sulfonic complexes.The solid fluorescence emission of compound1mainly classified as fluorescenceemission in ligands HLA. May because of the forming of hydrogen bond, fluorescenceemission of compound1increased, compared with HLA. The fluorescence of coordination polymer2had a blue shift, and there has been a great increase of thestrength. May be due to the electronic transfer from ligands to metal or from metal toligands, after ligands formed the coordination polymer with metal. In addition ofincrease of the ligand rigidity and the reduce of the energy loss.
