High performance liquid chromatography with a strong analytical ability, chemical andbiochemical analysis applications commonly used in the study of chemistry, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, environmental protection and food industries. High performance liquidchromatography with classical liquid chromatography there is no essential difference in principle,it is characterized by a high sensitivity detector, high-pressure infusion pumps and highefficiency particulate stationary phase, the ingredients in the mixture separation, compositionqualitative and quantitative analysis applicable to the analysis of large molecular weight ofdifferent polarity, high boiling point of less volatile organic compounds. High performance liquidchromatography separation efficiency, rapid analysis, automation features, so again it is called amodern liquid chromatography, high-speed liquid chromatography or high pressure liquidchromatography. In this paper, preparation of several new fluorescent reagent, and its derivativeconditions, the chromatographic conditions, and its methods applied to actual samples of thefollowing research workChapter1: brief introduction to the development of liquid chromatography and basicknowledge, introduced the principle of fluorescence and fluorescence derivative method, describes the development and the advantages of high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry analyzes and summarizes the research profile of the fluorescencederivatization.Chapter2: Six fluorescent labeling reagent:4-(9-acridine) amino acid,2-carbazole-isopropyl toluenesulfonate ester,10-allyl-2-amino-acridone,10-phenyl-2-amino-acridone,9-carbonyl-2sulfonic acid-9H-acridine pyridine-10-design of the carboxylic acid synthesisand structural characterization.Chapter3:4-(9-acridine) amino acid is used to mark aliphatic amines, optimization of thederivatives and the chromatographic conditions, the high sensitivity of detection of aliphaticamines, and the method is appliedactual samples of shrimp paste, etc., to achieve high sensitivitydetection.Chapter4:4-(9-acridine) amino acid is used to mark the aliphatic alcohols, the optimization of the derivatives and the chromatographic conditions, the establishment of a high-sensitivitydetection of aliphatic alcohols and Methodsactual samples of the antistatic agent, ahigh-sensitivity detection.Chapter5: The use of2-carbazole-isopropyl marked fatty acids, sulfonic acid ester is usedto optimize the derivatization and chromatographic conditions, the establishment of thehigh-resolution detection of fatty acids, and methods used in chamaejasmethe actual samples toachieve a high-resolution detection.
