Vertical glass washing machine, is the key equipment of energy-saving processing. At present, the vertical glass washing machine in our country is depend on importing. This research will be very important for the development of large vertical glass washing machine in our country.The vibration mode of machine is closely related to the natural frequency and vibration phenomena of equipment. In order to improve the situation of vibration, avoid resonance and ensure the quality of machine, dynamic analysis for the key mechanism of machine must be given. Application of ANSYS software in this article on modal analysis of the air knife, have come to the wind blade of natural frequency and vibration mode, the cause reason of the wind blade vibration is analyzed and the structure of air-knife will be improved according to the result of modal analysis in the way of testing the frequency and amplitude of the key mechanism vibration in this article.At the last of this article, the dynamic analysis is given to the shipping agency of washing machine for the stability and reliability of glass transmission. Glass transport mechanism is the key part in the product lines, which will have a direct impact on the performance of the whole equipment. The force of pinch roller is provided by spring clamping force, because the glass size changes due to customer requirements, so how to choose a reasonable amount of stiffness and pretension, relates to the pinch roller for the delivery of different size glass. The selection rules of preload and rigidity coefficient is given by investigating these coefficients.
