Underground deep hole explosive charging vehicle is an importantequipment for loading of explosive in underground mining blastingoperation which is supported with high subsection, large space and highefficiency mining technology. And having a set of automation loadingsystem is the key factors for ensuring charging vehicle constructionefficiency and loading effect. This paper has completed the chargingsystem design of underground deep hole explosive charging vehicle inview of the specific national condition of domestic mining and developedthe main components of the system and designed the charging automaticspeed control system to ensure the charge density and return fine rate andother technical parameters. Based on the structure of the systemsimulation model is established and the appropriate control strategy isselected. Through the computer simulation and experiment test, thecorrectness of the design is verified.First of all, the charging system design of underground deep holeexplosive charging vehicle is completed and a number of jointmechanical hand operating mechanism, hoses rolling-up device, tubefeeding device and the air charging device are developed.Secondly, According to the properties of ANFO explosive, chargedensity, the amount of the charge process and the other technicalparameters and requirements, the pneumatic conveying system isdeveloped.Thirdly, the automatic charging control system based on the PLCcontroller is developed and the control system hardware and softwareprogram are designed. On this basis, a complete simulation model basedon mechanical and hydraulic system of proportional valve controlledmotor is established with the aid of MATLAB/Simulink for the speedstability problem of automation charge system. The simulation resultsshow that, the control strategy can effectively achieve the chargingprocess of stable speed.Finally, through the experimental study, it verifies the correctness ofthe design. The target of the underground to the full charge is achievedand the charge length,the charge density,the return fine rate and theother technical indicators have reached the design requirements.
