Emulsion explosive underground charging vehicle as production equipment of mixed filling emulsion explosive in underground mine worksite, has the advantages of low cost, compact structure, high degree of automation, able to adapt to more than40m full blast hole mechanized operation and small artificial labor intensity, is the best choice of the underground mine blasting operation equipment, represents the developing direction.This article focuses on filling technology of underground charging vehicle, on the basis of the overall scheme design of the filling system to technically discuss and design the main components of the system, has an important significance to the development of underground charging vehicle.First, collect charging vehicle information and literature at home and abroad; on the basis of understanding the filling technology development situation at home and abroad, considering operational environment of vehicle to the requirements of technical parameters, screening the main factors of effecting underground charging vehicle loading efficiency and quality; at the same time, emulsion explosive non-newtonian fluid performance can be determined through experiment.Secondly, according to these parameters using the3D software NX to detailedly design key parts of the filling system, elaborating function of the components of these parts in the process of filling, including water ring, nozzle, piping institutions, reel pipe institutions.Finally, on the basis of discussing the laminar motion equations of power law fluid in the circular tube and the formula of experience of turbulent flow movement of non-newtonian fluid in in the circular tube, according to the performance and density of emulsion explosive from experiment data, referencing charging vehicle design parameters such as filling speed, choose the appropriate filling system parameters, set up simulation model of the components, using the FLUENT software to conduct numerical simulation for the key parts. According to the simulation data to summarize and evaluate, modify parts related parameters, and simulate again, to make the optimization of the efficiency and quality, verify the homogenizer and water ring in the function of the filling system. The simulation results show that the technology strategy adopted in this paper satisfies the design requirements of the filling system of underground charging vehicle.
