In the moment, the scarcity and insufficient supply of resources is one of the most serious problems faced around the world, and how to solve and alleviate this problem is what we need to face together.According to the authoritative report, since2004, China’s supply of tin resources has been unable to meet the needs of the growing material, and from this year, our country has been a importing country other than an exporter, tin net imports reached32000tons in2009.Yunnan Tin Group, as the Tin leading enterprises in China, should be responsible for domestic tin shortage of resources and inadequate supply problems. Therefore, the Yunnan Tin Group leadership proposed:at the year of2015,it will achieve the ambitious target of11000t/d in Datun, kafang, and pine feet. To realize the established objective tasks, it is necessary to start from two aspects:first, increase the amount of ore in unit time; second is to improve ore recovery. The two aspects above is the main issues explored in the paper.As we all knows, safe mining of thick and even very thick oxide of tin, serious waste of pillar, and low recoveries of ore pillar are the problems faced by enterprises, and these problems are the key to the crux of ore and low ore recovery rate. This paper is based on10-66tin ore of pine mine, according to the geological characteristics of the ore, take advanced security support craft and technical measures by changing the mining sequence and the application of artificial concrete pillar of the ore body, so that the ore body can be explored successfully, its advantages are as follows:1、The advance support of artificial concrete pillar provides a reliable safety deposit for mining work;2、The artificial concrete pillar decorate regularly, for mobile, flexible, and a large quantity of scrapers mine the application to provide the good work environment and safety conditions, and increases the amount of ore in the work unit and unit time;3、By changing mining sequence (First mine the pillar, and then the ore body part after support made.)and the application of artificial concrete pillar, people can mine all the minerals once. So we avoid the unreliable factors such as the pillar can not be recovered or recovery unsafe to operate when natural pillars exist. This measure increases the mining recovery rate;On the basis of the ideas above, we developed4pillar layout program and then simulate analysis for each program by using ANSYS software solid modeling.According to results of the simulation, we draw the third option the best.At the same time,we take analysis and conclude that the application of artificial concrete pillar in the tin oxide thick orebody,is feasible in theory and technically,this measurement is also able to ensure production safety.The final conclusion is:The selection of the mining sequence is reasonably practicable, Not only protecting the security conditions necessary for the production, do the "safety first, prevention priority ",but also increasing the unit of time the amount of ore and pillaring rate to obtain a better exploitation of technical and economic indicators, and be able to creat28133million type value.Safety and production of integrated, comprehensive management and safety guidelines before the organic, truly do the "safety first, prevention priority, comprehensive treatment", the paper also provide a strong realization of Yunnan Tin Group2015ambitious goal’s reference.
