Supramolecular chemistry as a new discipline, has broad application prospects. After several decades of development, people has made great achievements in the study of supramolecular chemistry. As an important component of supramolecular chemistry, macrocyclic chemistry has been widely used in molecular recognition, artificial simulation enzyme, medicinal chemistry and catalytic. Although people in the design of macrocyclic compounds, synthesis and application has made remarkable achievements, there are still many aspects of the work we need to do.Cyanuric chloride as a parent, build two new triazine ring compounds, and a class of triazine molecule tweezers compounds. Their structures were characterized by IR,1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis method.This paper can be divided into four parts:The first part We described synthesis and application of supramolecular chemistry, macrocyclic compounds, Triazine ring compounds in detail. The second part L-alanine into the triazine ring was successfully synthesized a new class of chiral triazine ring compounds. The third part With cyanuric chloride, diethylamine, vanillin and aromatic diamine as raw materials, we synthesized a new triazine Schiff base macrocyclic by direct synthesis, and ion recognition studies. By ion recognition experiments, we found the target compounds had the selective recognition for certain transition metal ions. The fourth part With the third part of the intermediates3-2and aromatic amines as raw materials, we synthesized a class of triazine molecular tweezers compounds, and the ion identification and antimicrobial activity. It was found that the triazine molecular tweezers compounds had the selective recognition of some of the alkali metals, alkali earth metals and transition metal ions. In addition, its antimicrobial activity test results showed that the4-3series of compounds have some inhibitorv effect on bacteria.
