In recent years, with the development of automation technology of China, automation and control systems are becoming increasingly widespread in various industries. Wastewater treatment as an important part of the water treatment industry, and also uses a lot of integrated automatic control system of the PLC to control the equipment, but due to its own production continuity and complexity of the process, the degree of automation is not high. The use of the distributed control system in the sewage treatment industry, can best meet the requirements of the production process, improve the integration of distributed controllers, system stability, and the water quality of the finished water, also can reduce wastewater treatment costs, and improve economic efficiency.Subject to Xiaoshaba sewage treatment systems in Panzhihua city as a background, we have researched the distribution of the IFIX the sewage treatment control system design and implementation of The sewage treatment system uses CAST sewage treatment process, according to the treatment process requirements in this paper, we find a distributed control system how to achieve control of the processing site, plant equipment health monitoring and instrumentation data acquisition, and studied the how to achieve communication between the various distributed sites in the plant, including the communication between the PC and PLC, the host computer and field devices, PLC and field devices.The control system selects GE PLC control equipment as the scene of the PLC module configuration and programming of the control program through its programming software ME, this article focuses on the pretreatment area, aeration tanks, to enhance the process of pumping station equipment and control procedures, through the configuration software the IFIX development man-machine interactive window, remote control of field devices, to provide a friendly monitor screen to the operator, monitoring interface to install the interface design principles points to the main screen, the site screen, the device operation screen and alarm reports. Use IC695ETM001Ethernet module and Industrial Ethernet ring system to communicate between host computer and the main control station, with IC694BEM331bus interface modules and Genius communication protocol, to achieve control communication between the master and sub-stations to ensure that control system stability and reliability under machine PLC and field control devices, we use RS-485bus to connect the site signal transmission anti-jamming capability, can adapt to the complex environment of industrial production site, real-time data for accurate collection site and issued control commands to the PLC and field devices to improve system stability.
