Tungsten ore beneficiation will produce a large number of fine tungsten slime. The existing production process of the fine tungsten slimes by gravity method, wherein the tungsten recovery rate generally below50%, is part of the larger metal tungsten loss. With the development of technology, fine wolframite process further improved, many plant with heavy, magnetic, floating a variety of mineral processing method combined process, not only can improve the grade of concentrate, tungsten recovery rate is also rising. In this paper with the pure mineral experiments to examine the three representative collectors on Flotation of wolframite pure mineral interactions, and in Piaotang Tungsten Mine Ore Dressing Test of the actual, the collector and wolframite and analyzed the action mechanismThe experimental flotation wolframite, benzyl arsonic acid optimal dosage of300mg/L, practice shows that, the combined collector can be achieved than single collector better results. Through a single collector testing results, selected for wolframite slime flotation strong C6H5CH2AsO(OH) acid as collector, GYB and731auxiliary collector. The combined collector test results show that:C6H5CH2AsO(OH) acid and chelating collector GYB combined flotation wolframite effect than benzyl arsonic acid and731combined flotation wolframite effect is good. The optimal combination of medicament dosage conditions:C6H5CH2AsO(OH)+GYB=300mg/L+50mg/LThe C6H5CH2AsO(OH) acid and GYB used in combination, benzyl arsonic acid dosage of600g g/t, the amount of water glass in1000g/t, nitrate content in200g/t, GYB content in200g/t, for wolframite slime flotation exist synergistic effect, improve the recovery of wolframite. Using water glass as inhibitors, nitrate as activating agent, benzyl arsonic acid with GYB as a combination of a collector of one roughing, a scavenging, the two featured a closed circuit test, containing WO30.66%to obtain ore flotation, wolframite concentrate containing WO328.72%,86.18%, recovery rate test the flotation indexes relative to the whole process of the recycling rate of67.74%On the site of wolframite, using whole shaker flow separation, the product fine mud black tungsten concentrate grade is48.37%, the recovery rate is31.05%; the full floating process test, the product fine mud black tungsten concentrate grade is18.58%, the recovery rate is60.83%; the high gradient magnetic testing, the product of fine mud black tungsten concentrate grade is3.94%, the recovery rate is59%.On the surface potential of wolframite test:join the collector in wolframite surface adsorption. And benzyl arsonic acid combined with GYB and alone compared with, will make the wolframite surface zeta potential of lower more, presumably benzyl arsonic acid combined with GYB in wolframite surface adsorbed more, this also with real ore flotation test results are consistent...
