Dioscorea(Dioscorea zingiberensis C.H. Wright), which belongs to Dioscorea family in Dioscoreaceae, is a perennial twisted herb and a unique steroid hormone drug plant in China. The root contains diosgenin which is the synthesis of a variety of steroidal hormone precursor, Two-thirds percent of world production of steroids is to take it as raw material. Currently on the Diosgenin extraction method has a lot of, but mostly to prefermented acid hydrolysis method, this method has the advantages of simple process, but large water consumption, and the presence of acidic waste water pollution problem.This research mainly from diosgenin extraction technology choice, saving production of diosgenin, different flocculants on saponin wastewater treatment effect and so on Dioscorea saponin clean production line, to meet the needs of industrial production needs. The main results are as follows:1On the effect of diosgenin yield HCL concentration, acid hydrolysis time and gasoline extraction time of single factor test, and then through the orthogonal experimental design, to the study of these3factors on the Diosgenin yield effects, the results show that, diosgenin extraction:the concentration of HCL was2.5mol/L, acid hydrolysis time for6H, gasoline extraction time is6h, the highest yield of Dioscorea saponin.2Between fermentation of Dioscorea itself contained in different water content and different water supplement on acid hydrolysis of diosgenin yield effects of diosgenin on water-saving production, the results showed that:during the fermentation of Dioscorea itself is the best moisture content between70%-75%, diosgenin yield the highest,2.310%to2.319%; the lowest water and acid hydrolysis for19.24mL, i.e. the lowest total volume of liquid70mL, diosgenin yield is2.685%.3Among the3commonly used several kind of neutralization reagent comparison research, identify the best neutralizing reagent. The results show that:the traditional way of water washing and neutralization reagent NaOH, CaO on diosgenin yield no significant difference, but the traditional way of water washing water, waste water and waste water, high acidity, high concentration of organic substance, serious to environmental pollution, so do not use; and NaOH hygroscopicity is strong exothermic reaction, and the water rapidly, and the high cost, so it is not easy to use; by contrast, the CaO in neutralization heat less, and dosage is not big, cost is relatively cheap, comprehensive comparison, determine after acid hydrolysis of best neutralizing reagent for CaO.4The waste water with polymeric aluminum chloride, ferric chloride polymerization as well as the3kinds of flocculants polyacrylamide flocculant treatment, supernatant were used for the cleaning of raw materials, fermentation way links, study on saponin wastewater recovery rate and mass effect, calculation of wastewater reuse ratio. From the selection of the optimum coagulant type and dosage. The results show that:the3kinds of flocculants in the treatment of saponin wastewater after the effect of no significant difference, but the polyacrylamide treated wastewater from saponin yield slightly above the polymeric aluminum chloride and ferric chloride polymerization,2.725%, thus determining the best for polyacrylamide flocculant.
