MaHuangCao is perennial herbaceous plants, it usually divided into grass ephedra,ephedra, equisetales ephedra three kinds, it is mainly distirbuted in the north,northwest, jilin, liaoning,henan,shandong, shanxi, xinjiang, etc. it is one of thespeciality medicinal mateirals in china.It in our very early has recorded in china, it has asthma, sweating, diuresiseffectiveness and so on, our country in MaHuangCao research has several thousandyears of history, the ancient Chinese medical experts have accumulated valuableresearch mateiral, from initial to the root of Chinese magnoiiavine was ranked Chinapharmacopoeia now have detailed records. In recent years, with the development ofscience and technology, MaHuangCao chemical constituents and pharmacologicalaction research has made great progress, China area is broad, natural resource is irch,MaHuangCao sort is various, vairety complete, it causcd a lot of foreign scholars1rescarch.Our country research relatively mature, in the MaHuangCao identiifedrfom mcthamphetamine, flavonoids,polysacchairde, naphtha chemical composition.and the pharmacological effects are studied too, it found MaHuangCao has excitednerve system, the treatment of diabetes, antioxidant functions. Due to climateconditions and the inlfuence of different factors such as soil in different regions,tMaHuangCao main chemical constituents and pharmacological effect is different, inthis aspect needs further research. In this paper the MaHuangCao the extractiontechnology of different composition was studied, the best extraction conditions, andits determine corresponding ingredients were the main content. As far as I know, thispaper MaHuangCao heavy metal element for the first time in the determination of theMaHuangCao and thermogravimetric analysis.This paper extracted from MaHuangCao flavonoids, polysacchairde, naphthaextraction technology of preliminary, and explores the content of heavy metalelements in MaHuangCao tested, finally to qinghai and gansu provinces of theMaHuangCao thermogravimetric analysis.Through orthogonal expeirment design,use the ultrasonic method MaHuangCaolfavonoid extract, experiments have found that ethanol concentration liquid mateiralsfor90%, than for extracting time90min, the ratio of solid to liquidisl:9,the rate ofextraction lfavonoids is highest. Based on the analysis of the expeirmental data, theratio of solid to liquidis effect is the main factors of lfavonoids, followed by ethanol concentration, ifnally is extracting time.Use ultrasound method to extract rfom MaHuangCao extracts of polysacchairde,ifrst to strengthen treatment, again through an orthogonal test best extractionconditions, namely than for mateiral liquid, immerse temperature60°C,ultrasonictime for45min, the highest extraction of polysacchairde is3,51%. Among them theratio of solid to liquidis is the main factors of influence polysacchairde, followed byextraction time, soaking temperature affect the minimum.By soxhlet extraction respectively,ether extraction and steam distillation,immersion ultrasonic extraction extracted volatile oil from qinghai,MaHuangCao,expeirment found that the extraction of ultrasonic extraction efficiency is highest,achieve33mg/g. Saxhlet extraction and ether have got baptized formulation12mg/g.Based on the expeirmental conditions,steam distillation not to extract, volatile oil, SoMaHuangCao ultrasonic extraction from extracting naphtha is the best extractiontechnology.By atomic absorption spectrophotometry,the paper determine content for heavymetal element in qinghai MaHuangCao,the order: Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu>Pb>Ag-Co, thehighest content of iron, the content of zinc is also higher, copper, lead followed, thecontent of silver and cobalt in the experimental conditions is not detected.Thermal analysis method is a simple, quick determination method, in Chinesemedicine identification and analysis has been widely used. This paper madethermogravimetric analysis from different habitats of MaHuangCao. Expeirmentalresults show that different place of origin of MaHuangCao, the effective compositionand content is bigger differences, rfom thermogravimetric curve can be seen, qinghaiMaHuangCao heat curve into three phases occur, and gansu MaHuangCao heat curvehas a stage, thus easy to identify the place oirgin of the MaHuangCao. Different placeoirgin of the ash content in the MaHuangCao large difference, and the ash content inQinghai is more, and gansu MaHuangCao ash content is less. Gansu MaHuangCaoeffective ingredients of decomposition temperature is lower, so processing need lowertemperature.
