For the past few years, with the rapid development of the powder molding technology, more and more kinds of die-casting parts are coming out, the traditional mechanical feeding system can not meet the requirement of the delivery time and powder dosage control. In order to meet the requirement of the forming of complex die-casting parts, the hydraulic servo control feeding system is used, in this paper, and a new type of feeding system has been designed to instead of mechanical feeding system, there have vital significance to the development of powder forming machine.Through the analysis of the problems of mechanical feeding system, the solution of applying the hydraulic servo control technology is proposed, and the feasibility of the scheme is analyzed. Aiming at the solution, the3D modeling and assembling are built by using Pro/E. The statics and modal of the overall structure system are analyzed based on ANSYS Workbench.According to the requirements of hydraulic control system, the hydraulic servo loop system is designed. Also the calculation and selection of hydraulic cylinder, servo valve and other major element parameter are completed. Then the mathematical models of the hydraulic servo system are studied.Based on ADAMS and AMESim, the co-simulation model of hydraulic servo feeding system is built, and the input variable of AMESim is the output of ADAMS dynamic simulation results, then the dynamic simulation of the hydraulic circuit is carried out, the displacement, velocity and angular curve of the key components are gotten, these will lay a theoretical foundation for the practical application of the hydraulic servo feeding system.
