The high-performance all-electric injection molding machine is the future development direction of plastic machinery industry, with high precision,energy saving,environmental protection and high-tech features. The core and difficulty of all-electric injection molding machine is a high-power AC servo system. This subject is to design high-performance AC servo system. I design servo drive and debug of hardware and software platforms.And finally,successfully design high-power servo system which meet the requirement. Put this system into all-electric injection molding machine and successfully make a prototype machine.This thesis is divided into4main blocks:Firstly,this paper introduce the object and background of this subject-all-electric injection molding machine in detail, including process, mechanical and control system. Also, this paper analyze the research statues and future trends and predict future trends in all-electric injection molding machines. And describe the core component-AC servo system. The structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM), establish on the basis of a mathematical model. And this paper analyze the transformation of the coordinate system in motor control,vector control, and space vector pulse width modulation theory.Secondly, this paper design the hardware part of the AC servo system, including power driver board and DSP control board. Power control panel see Fuji intelligent power module as the core, and design IGBT driver circuit, sampling circuit, peripheral circuit and switching power supply; DSP control board use Texas Instruments high-performance digital signal processor TMS320F28335as the control core, paper design PWM generation circuit, the encoder detection circuit, analog signal processing circuits, digital control and keyboard peripheral circuit of the circuit as well as the485communication circuit.Thirdly, this paper design AC servo control software. Using software modular design method, the servo system software is divided into several parts, each part of the software is to complete a specific function. Also, this paper describe several key algorithm of this system, such as PMSM rotor position information acquisition, real-time speed of calculation, the PI regulator design and SVPWM technology digitized method. Fourthly, this subject complete AC servo system design, its performance-related experiments, and the experiment testing tools is given in the paper, testing methods, and experimental process collected test data. Also,we put the set AC servo system into the application of all-electric injection molding machines, manufactured prototype detection authoritative testing organizations, its performance fully meet the design requirements,, the results are satisfactory.Finally, we summarizes the entire article suggest continue to improve the performance, as well as the program, and laid the groundwork for subsequent research.
