Push bench is a important equipment of producing seamless steeltube.With the development of the seamless steel pipe production technology,anew type of push bench-CPE push bench for its simple process, less investmentcost, products of good quality, high production efficiency and the ability toproduce high quality of thin-walled seamless steel tube of the unique advantagesof the rapid popularization and application in foreign countries. But due to thecurrent domestic push bench less, people generally have little inforation about it,especially lacking of related documents about control system of the push bench,which restrict its development to some extent, this paper preliminary discussesthe control technology of push bench, and put forward a kind of control methodof it, which lay a certain foundation for further carriing out push bench controltechnology and control methods.First of all,this paper introduces the development of the seamless steel pipeproduction technology,and analyzed the exist problems of control system atpresent according to process characteristics of push bench; main drive controlsystem of push bench is studied to put forward a kind of control method whichis suitable for new push bench-CPE push bench, which has realized the quickstart, load balancing of two drive dc motor and quick deboost, ensure the stableoperation of the push bench and raise the productivity.Research topic first establish the main motor mathematical model of pushbench, based on the design of main drive double-loop speed control system,combined with the pipe connection mode of the drive motor and the actualparameters, the mathematical model of main drive control system is established.The mathematical model of main drive control system are simulated withMATLAB software in the simulink module, the simulation results verify theaccuracy of main drive control system of the mathematical model.
