Through to the research of the domestic interpolation motion controller, according to the current trend of motion control, the article proposed the high speed and high precision movement control cards plan,based on FPGA and PCI bus. It will be able to realize high speed and high precision CNC motion control.In the paper,the main contents are as follows:First of all, through the principle diagram and hardware description language completed the line, arc and high times curve fine interpolation, the design of the data acquisition module and so on. At the same time, used the pipeline optimization technique in algorithm, simulated the interpolation and verify.Secondly, done the reasonable planning of the control card. used the more powerful Cyclone series FPGA chip EP1C12Q240C8as the control core, special interface chip PCI9054to realize PCI bus interface. At the same time, introduced the configuration circuit, FPGA and PCI bus interface circuit, the power supply circuit in detail.Finally, designed the communication of the PCI9054and FPGA, using the perfect function driver tools SDK to realize the drive program between the PCI bus and the upper, completed data transfer between PC and FPGA.By using an oscilloscope to test the output pulse, analysis and summary.The card have been expected to reach the requirement of high speed and high precision.
