The manufacture of packaging equipment is rapidly developing with the development of microelectronic packaging industry, fluid dispensing system as the key equipment of the packaging process is also developing rapidly. Fluid jetting dispensing is used more and more widely because of its prominent merit, jetting dispensing is highly appreciated by lots of manufactories, and the mechanics research is become emergent and important. Giant Magnetostrictive Material is a new kind of intelligent material. It has the following virtues: good magnetic retractility, rapid response, and high energy density, so it all over the world. But at the present time, there are no research on the Giant Magnetostrictive Material using in Fluid jetting dispensing. This research have a pilot study on Giant Magnetostrictive actuator using in fluid jetting dispensing.This article have a numerical simulation on two different kinds of needle displacements and accelerations on fluid jetting dispensing, and draws a conclusion trough comparison that the small and high acceleration have a good dispensing parameters on fluid dispensing. And some other parameters is compared trough numerical simulation on the small displacement and high acceleration conditions. The Giant Magnetostrictive actuator can have a smaller displacement and higher acceleration ,so we conceive a fluid jetting dispenser based on Giant Magnetostrictive actuator. The Giant Magnetostrictive fluid jetting dispenser driving system and displacement magnification device and fluid dispenser is desiged. After analyzing the magnetic field of exciting loop and bias loop using the finite element method , the distribution of magnetic field and size of input current in loop are presented.The conclusions gotten from the research are : The smaller displacement and higher needle acceleration can have a higher fluid jetting dispensing precision and can dispense higher viscosity fluid; the exciting loop are 1000 coils, and its current are 2A,so the 20KA/m magnetic density can be gotten in GMM; the bias loop are 1000 coils, and its current are 3A and the 20KA/m magnetic density can be gotten in GMM; 10MPa compressive pre-press should be loaded on GMM, so that the GMM can have a higer displacement; the displacement magnification device can amplify 10 times, so the Giant Magnetostrictive fluid jetting dispenser needle displacement can amplify to millimeter level.
