In building energy-saving design, energy-efficient building envelope of commitment that a large proportion of building energy conservation is one of the key. Accurately measuring and controlling the actual building envelope thermal performance are premise and foundation for improving building energy assessment and energy-saving. At present, the field inspection standard based on in China, gives general provisions only for test items, basic detection method and rules, instrument performance requirements, etc, and it can’t directly instruct the detection operations. In addition, now there is also no a good unified standards and evaluation system to evaluate accurately the energy saving effect of building envelope. Therefor, it’s especially necessary and important to research and formulate the field detection technology and evaluation system of building energy conservation.In this paper, firstly comparing the different detection devices by tests, which proved that the self-recording detection devices are easy to carry, simplicity of operation and accuracy of testing, etc. Then through many calibration tests of heat flux sensor, based on the original principle of calibration, calibration equipment is newly improved and the new principle of calibration is formulated, which can give the calibration results more simply and quickly. In the chapter four, through a lot of research on field detection tests of residential building walls, the content of original inspection standard is given detailed supplements and explain on these aspects:the determination of field detection content, the selection of testing instruments, the calibration of flux sensor, points of selected position and the installation method of testing instruments, etc. This chapter has also analyzed the influence caused by the different kinds of external environment factors on the testing results. Finally, economic evaluation standard is come up through comprehensively comparing and analyzing the thermal performance and cost of different walls. Energy saving evaluation parameter index, economic thermal resistance and thermal economic characteristic features, are determined.Based on the studies of this paper, a new complete field detection technology and energy saving evaluation standard is eventually formed, which provides the new basis and help for the further development of China’s construction energy conservation study.
