Anchor is an active reinforcement member now widely using in geotechnical engineering. This paper research a new anchor-plate-resistant anchor, it reinforces the surrounding rock through the anchor and plate-anchor working together. The plate-anchor is formed in designed point by mechanical or blasting method.This paper research the relationship between plate-resistant anchor design and surrounding rock which based on the research results of plate-resistant anchor. Research is divided into three parts:the indoor test, numerical analysis, engineering budget. And the paper obtains the following results:(1) Through a series of indoor strength test, the paper studies the mechanical property and its change characteristic of the different radio soil-cement, and Using soil-cement to simulate similar rock, thereby solving the problems:plate-resistant anchor’s failure mechanism in the indoor simulation experiment of rock strengthening; plate-anchor and the rock strength matching problem.(2) It made a specific project’s plate-resistant anchor design on the basis of theoretical study, combining with numerical simulation method, and depicted the plate-resistant anchor design step by the numbers, and put forward a numerical simulation method which can optimize plate-resistant anchor design parameters.(3) It simulated three different rock structure of plate-resistant anchor reinforcement projects applying numerical simulation method, reveals plate-resistant anchor’s damage mechanism and it’s stress and displacement field change characteristic in different rock.(4) It analyzed the cost of plate-resistant anchor design project, and the result provides the necessary economic indicators for prioritization scheme; Through the comprehensive analysis of the cost elements, it indicates the direction of design optimization, and solving the problem of optimization design of reinforcement engineering. |
