Plate-resistant anchor is normal anchor rod added with a number of anchor plates which combine with grouting forming the reinforcement concrete bearing plate. While increasing the contact area between anchoring body and surrounding rock, anchor plate supporting effect can be relied to increase anchor rod overall bearing capacity, also anchor plate location can be optimized to increase bearing capacity, reducing surrounding rock deformation and avoiding stress concentration.This paper based on existing plate-resistant anchor research achievement, designed a new type of anchor plate structure and corresponding broaching machine, researched the maximum bearing capacity, load-displacement change law, loading transfer mechanism, failure mode by anchor plate bearing capacity experiment and indoor modal pull-out test, optimized the design parameter through field test validation. Research contents in this paper:1.By the method of half section model experiment, the paper researched the change law of surrounding rock displacement field during normal anchor rod loading process. Verified the existence of neutral axis, obtained its locations under different load and the compression state of surrounding rock in anchorage section. Revealed the displacement change law of compressive zone and tension zone in surrounding rock.2.Designed the anchor plate structure of plate-resistant anchor and hard rock broaching device as technological support for actual application of plate-resistant anchor.3.Through anchor plate strength test, knowing that the optimal proportion of anchor plate diameter and thickness is1:1,the failure mode is taper compression, when anchor plate diameter and thickness are105mm, the top bearing capacity174.9kN was reached.4.Through indoor modal pull-out test, summarized different influence features to plate-resistant anchor by anchor plate location, anchorage length and the intensity of anchoring agent, bearing capacity reached top when the anchor plate located on the bottom of anchorage section, the performance of anchoring agent can lead out the bearing capacity of plate-resistant anchor...
