Coal gangue piled up a lot, not only occupy cultivated land, but also the influence of thesurrounding environment. This paper SuZhouShi in anhui province (ZhuXianZhuang coal mine)coal gangue as the research object, the main physical properties of gangue, chemical andmechanical properties test analysis in engineering. Through the project section of the test, thecoal gangue filling the freeway subgrade, puts forward the main technical points of the ganguefilling freeway subgrade of relevant regulatory suggestions to solve the current standard, coalgangue as a way of filling materials with in design, construction and quality control, the keytechnology in without problems. The research results obtained as follows:(1) Based on the experiment the engineering mechanics properties of coal gangue, coalgangue on the strength of the features, the absorbance, bearing ratio, is studied; On coal ganguemineral composition, water imbibition, moisture content and grain size distribution, spontaneouscombustion characteristics, influence factor is analysed and the coal gangue as subgrade fillingselection index.(2) According to the different thickness of pine shop mechanical combination crushes,according to the roadbed compaction, settlement and economic benefits contrast, obtains the bestloose thickness and vibration compaction spread before and after settlement quality control index.(3) Through the field engineering machinery rolling, compaction degree as subgradecompaction control standard, it is concluded that the coal gangue subgrade combination and themost economic mechanical compaction quantities.(4) Using finite difference software for the stability FLAC3Dnumerical simulation, theresults showed that, in the role of roadbed coal gangue, plastic damage will not occur,embankment in a stable state.(5) Establish the gray theory model forecast coal gangue highway subgrade settlement afterwork, the predicted values and the actual monitoring sedimentation value is identical, the dataprediction method has higher precision, better practicabilityThis paper research results on coal gangue roadbed construction site provides the theoreticalbasis and reference.filling the coal gangue experience highway is technically feasible, and theapplication in road projects will produce a great economic benefits, environmental benefits andsocial benefits.
