Coal gangue is a kind of waste generated in the process of production in coal mine. Usually randomly stacked near the mine, to form these large and small waste dumps. Waste dump would sustained Spontaneous combustion, Issued a large number of pungent smell of harmful gases, and takes up a lot of valuable land resources. Has seriously affected the production and living of residents and nation-building. There has been extensive research in gangue waste recycling, but for the development and utilization of the spontaneous combustion of the waste dump, there is still rare at home and abroad. This paper researched at how to build roads on the spontaneous combustion of the waste dump based on the project "study of the treatment technology for gangue in Nanwan expressway"To build highway on the waste dump will face two major problems, the one is lack of bearing capacity of subgrade. The other is a series of adverse factors caused by spontaneous combustion. In order to solve these problems, we need a treatment for the waste dump. After comparison, we used dynamic compaction to improve bearing capacity of the sugared settlement and grouting method to reduce the elimination of spontaneous combustion of coal gangue.This paper used indoor physical testing, chemical analysis, mechanical testing and other means analyzed the coal gangue for roadbed. And get the conclusion:coal gangue in the region can be used as roadbed filler after treatment.We get a dynamic compaction parameter through experience and tamping test. The number of the dynamic compaction is four times, The first three times is point tamping, tamping energy is6000KN·m, the last time is full rammer, tamping energy is1000KN·m. The compaction points according to the equilateral triangle layout, spacing of3.5m. And through the heavy dynamic sounding test compared the degree of compaction of subgrade compaction changes before and after the treatment, verify the reinforcement effect of dynamic compaction is very obvious.We get a reasonable slurry mixture ratio through the test, we choose lime and clay as extinguishing grouting material, mix proportion is, lime accounted for10%, clay accounted for5%. confirmed the suppression effect of slurry through testing. We used the Swiss Leibo detection method, confirmed roadbed bearing capacity increased about10.35%after grouting. And through the temperature of gangue in vivo comparison before and after grouting, confirmed spontaneous combustion of gangue have effectively extinguishing after grouting. At last we simulated the final settlement is161.6mm and390.1mm before and after the treatment of the coal gangue roadbed, and the cutting slope stability is2.571through ANSYS finite element software. We made the stability evaluation of the coal gangue roadbed after treatment by the settlement stability and slope stability two aspects.
