Understanding the different types of the old family living style characteristics and space needs, and it is reasonable to old people live in residential design of sustainable condition, also is the construction that occupy the home is the important link of the pension system.This paper mainly in Beijing city streets YangNa district and Yang anise communities in the north60years or above of the old object carried on the questionnaire survey and household survey. The questionnaire survey to basically hold different age groups, a different family help old people, the interface intermediary person scale and the interface mode.
