Research On The Design Of Living Space In The Nursing Home

With the aging of China,the burden of raising the elderly population has increased,and the proportion of old people with low age,empty nests and old age disability has been high.The living space of traditional nursing homes can no longer meet their needs.At present,many nursing homes are making up for the design flaws of the nursing homes by the number of nursing staff.However,with the disappearance of the demographic dividend,this model will be difficult to sustain,and the current situation of the rugged design of the nursing home living space is in urgent need of improvement.This paper takes the residential space of nursing homes as the research object.On the basis of detailed research on advanced concepts and cases,Author conducts in-depth research on the nursing homes and living spaces in Xi'an.According to the problem,the design method of the residential space of the nursing home with different types of the elderly is explored,and the design concept of emotional,flexible and complex is defined.The thesis consists of five chapters.In the first chapter,the research purpose,research significance,research objects and research methods are expounded,and the research status of the living space of nursing homes at home and abroad is summarized.In the second chapter,the paper analyzes the excellent design cases at home and abroad,summarizes their respective design concepts,and conducts comparative research to analyze the significance of reference to China.In the third chapter,the field research on the living space of the nursing home in Xi'an area was carried out,and the different needs of the operators and users were understood from the practical point of view,and the later theory was supported.In the fourth chapter,from the perspective of the type of the elderly,the relationship between the living space and other functional spaces in different types of nursing homes is studied.Based on the scale of nursing homes,the relationship between different spatial combination prototypes and functional relationship diagrams was studied.In the fifth chapter,detailed research on nursing groups,public living halls,nursing stations,and elderly living quarters in the living space is carried out,mainly from designgoals,latest design concepts,functional composition for different elderly people,and derived flat forms.The aspects are elaborated.Finally,the core concepts in the paper are summarized and pointed out,and the limitations of the research are pointed out.
