Emergency Under The High Speed Railway Train Operation Plan Evaluation Method Research

Traffic ability of the railway will be affected by the special operatingconditions，and the railway safety and efficiency will be dropped，which willcause serious losses to the railway transportation, but currently lacks aevaluation system. So, It is necessary to analyze and study the comprehensiveevaluation method according to the chaRacteristics of service plan in ourcountry．In order to develop a reasonable evaluation index system of train plan, thekey problems are analyzed. Based on the principles, a index system areestablished. The indexes are detailed.Traditional evaluation methods are often only reflect a characteristics of theevaluation object, so Multiple evaluation algorithm are bombined to evaluate thetaget in this paper. The paper deals with the result by grey relation degree.As one of the core conceptions of Artificial Intelligence, Agent isintroduced into the paper. the paper putts forward a MAKA model, expoundsdesign principles, explain the network structure and processes. At last, a specificapplication is given. The passenger train sercive plan of Beijing-Shanghaihigh-speed railway is studied as a case.On the basis of the theory research, the index system are put forword byflex and Oracle technologies.
