Truck crane is a kind of mobile crane equipment which is very extensive applied and the quality of dynamic performance of its hoisting system plays an important role in the overall performance of the product. In recent, because the internal design of hydraulic system and the selection of each component of crane are only based on the static performance of the system, theoretical calculation and the definers' previous experience, the quality of the system's dynamic performance cannot be examined until the product is molded into shape. If the design of the system is improper and the dynamic performance is not good enough, the system should be redesigned which would greatly extend the design cycle and increase the cost of research and invention. While by using the computer simulation to analyze the design and evaluate its dynamic performance after the system's preliminary design, the designer can improve the structure of the system or correct the parameters and finally get the ideal results.The emphasis of this dissertation is to make deep analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the hoisting system with the operation of AMESIM simulation software. And the author takes some type of truck crane as the research object.(1) The dissertation first analyses the structure of the hoisting system and the theory of hydraulic system, then makes a reverse proof which ascertains most of the parameters and lays the foundation of the follow-up simulation work.(2) By using the AMESIM simulation software, the designer models the key components-balancing valve in the descending condition of the hoisting system and preliminarily determines the accuracy of the model.(3) The designer makes a simulation model of the whole hoisting system and analyses it by dividing it into two typical conditions---rising and descending. Meanwhile, the designer analyses the phenomenon of secondary slide which often occurs in hoisting system, finds the main factors affecting its sliding range and puts forward the corresponding solutions.(4) The dissertation analyses the energy consumption of hydraulic pump in the descending condition, illustrates the reason that loads sensitive balancing valve is more efficient when compared with the traditional one, and also points out that the variable pump proper should be adjust according to the size of the load in the condition of hoist, so it can be helpful to reduce the engine's specific fuel oil of consumption and energy consumption.The dissertation successfully establishes the model of hoisting system by using the AMESIM software, makes a deep analysis and research of the simulation results of each variation which provide relevant theoretical evidence for the design and improvement of truck crane's hoisting system, and makes a practical significance on the research of crane hoisting system by using AMESIM simulation software.
