Crane is an important mechanical engineering model, widely used in urban constructions, road and rail constructions, water conservancies and hydropower constructions, open pit mining and national defense construction and other projects, especially in factories, mines, oil fields, ports, construction sites in such places as the crane operation and installation works.Crane hoisting mechanism is the main executing agency, it has one or two big torque hydraulic motor driven winches. The motor is transferred, a reversal from three four-manual control. Decline in motor oil on the back of a balance valve to prevent the whereabouts of free weights. However, the leakage of hydraulic motors greater than the hydraulic cylinder when the load hanging in the air, although circuit in a balance valve, may still have a "wandering car" phenomenon. If found unsuitable design, it would improve the design and re-selection, a long design cycle, the efficiency is not high, the economy is declining, the situation will be serious damage to components in the test when, causing unnecessary losses, the proposed in the design of the system after the completion of first computer simulation, a preliminary understanding of the hydraulic system operating the various characteristics of the design and optimization of the unreasonable design, thereby reducing the blindness of the design, testing to ensure the safety and stability of and shorten the design cycle, and improving economic efficiency. Crane hydraulic system in the design process should not only consider the static characteristics, but also to take into account whether the dynamic characteristics meet the requirements. As a result, its system simulation analysis is very necessary, simulation analysis can understand that all models of hydraulic components and parameters on the system dynamic response of the impact of hydraulic components by changing the parameters of the model and to change the dynamic response of . On this basis, the establishment of a digitized Dynamic Virtual Prototyping, select an appropriate optimization method to amend various size parameters, in order to achieve its overall optimal dynamic characteristics. Based on the above, we studied on the crane hoisting system to analysis and optimization simulation design.The contents of the paper: First of all, I discussed the second lifting phenomenon of the crane and introduced the basic way to solve it. Second, I introduced the composition of the crane hoisting mechanism, and introduced the typical pattern of the crane hoisting mechanism. After analyzing some common principle hydraulic hoisting system, the paper proposed the principle of the hydraulic system and did some calculation on matching hoisting Circuit technical parameters. After that, the dynamic model of the hydraulic crane and the circuit of the crane hoisting mechanism were established, the dynamic nature was analyzed. Then several ways on the hydraulic system simulation modeling were introduced. On the control system of study, the establishment of the mathematical model is very important, it is essential for strong tool to design systems, analysis of system performance and improve the structure. In this paper, AMESim software as the basis, establish a simulation model of the hydraulic system or and simulation analysis of the hydraulic system, analyzed the impact of the dynamic characteristics of the main factors. Finally, the lifting system was improved, by the improved system schematics, on the basis of this AMESim based on the improved system principle of the simulation modeling, the simulation of the same.This paper has successfully established the simulation model of crane hydraulic system and done some simulation research on it. The results of their research on the crane and the improvement of systems, optimization and design of a theoretical foundation, as well as simulation technology introduced to the system of hydraulic cranes design, has a broad application prospects.
