With the acceleration of the industrialization progress, the aggravation of the environment pollution and the petroleum consumption which are caused by the car tai, all countries enlarge the devotion of the research of dynamoelectric cars, because that the dynamoelectric cars have outstanding advantages of pro-environment and renewable electric power resources.In the development progress of the dynamoelectric car, people wish to get a new transmission which can make the electric motor always be placed in the best efficiency curve status and ensure the credibility of the car operation. When the car is placed in the status of starting or climbing an ascent,it need raise the torque and the tractate force of the car, therefore, the system need to append a gear box.When the dynamoelectric car is placed in the state of braking, the electric motor switch to generate electricity status from the dynamoelectric status and promote electrical engineering, which make it work at the best efficiency zone scope so as to effectively recycle the braking energy and raise energy recovery rate.The double clutch gearbox is exclusively used for dynamoelectric car energy recall system and it is a new double clutch system which is used for vehicle-use. The structure comprises the traditional parallel axes of the gearbox and the two gear-clutches. It is a creational design, so there is no extant reference design for the important parameter selection, the theory calculation and the strength checking of the structure parts design.The discourse is gradually elaborating the work principle and the structure characteristic of the design. At the same time, the thesis uses the Chang an miniature dynamoelectric trucks for the design vector and the96Vs three-phase asynchronous motor of Shenzhen Da Dihe company for power source. According to the concrete design, the dissertation makes the theory design and calculation of the important structure parameters of the gearbox. In order to make sure the credibility of theory calculation result, it builds the3D entity model of the gearbox in SOLID WORKS. What is more, it uses analysis software ANSYS to do structure statics simulation of the gearbox.Through the simulation, it gains much situational data and validates the rationality of the structure theory design and calculation. It provides an important theory and research foundation for the following research of the double clutch gear box.
