Designment Of Gear-Clutch Automatic Transmission For Electric Automobile

With the environment of the world deteriorating and the rock oil being depleted ,the development and application of the electric automobile will face with a good opportunityAt the same time ,This rigorous situation also provides a more vast space for the the application and development of automatic transmission.Currently,There are four kinds of different automatic transmission in the automobile market : automatic mechanical transmission (AMT), continuously variable transmission(CVT) ,automatic transmission and double clutch transmission(DCT).And they all have respectively merits and shortcoming.After having compared with characteristics of these automatic transmissions , the writer of the paper have tried to design creatively and research a new kind of automatic transmission which will simultaneously have the function of the clutch and the transmission .The gear-clutch automatic transmission only have been designed for the electric automobile .Although its inner configuration have still followed to make use of the parallel shafts structure of the traditional transmission ,because of adopting the electric motor drive, and the rotate speed of the electric motor can be changed according to actual request , so compared with the traditional transmission , the gear-clutch automatic transmission has different synchronous principle. And ther are several pairs of gear clutches within its inner structure.So compared with the traditional transmission , the gear-clutch automatic transmission has diffreent whole structure, work principles and control strategies.The gear-clutch automatic transmissim is a invention and it has different configuration,so when designing,calculating and picking up the key parametres of the improtant parts of its,the writer haven't had subsistent data and experiences, the whole design have been completed independently by the writer . So work principle, control strategy, expand application will gradually elaborating in the paper.And according the design request of the WG6120 bus and the driving characteristic AC90 electro motor,and strictly according to the machine design manual ,the writer has precisely designed , calculated and picked up the key parametres of the improtant parts of its.At the same time , for making sure the credibility of the designment , the writer has built up 3D entity model of thegear-clutch automatic transmissimin in UQ imitated and analysing the most improtant parts in ANSYS, and obtained to some precious emulational data about these key parts, which provides research foundation , theory foundation and experience for the further designing and researching of the gear-clutch automatic transmissim.
