With the rapid development of civil aviation, more and more pilots are demanded since2002.Civil Aviation Flight University of China is the biggest university in the world which can be able to complete the whole process of developing airline pilot. It is the main force of the civil aviation of China. At present, the pilot training mission remains large. All the training branches of school are changing the ineffective mode, and do well in some ways. But the traditional experience-based flight training program is still time-consuming, and it has low accuracy and it is not scientific. It is difficult to maximize the ability of flight training because it can not access the using efficiency of training resources. It is supposed to redesign the old software of flight training. Only this way, can we improve the level of flight training management.The genetic algorithm is highly parallel, random, adaptive search algorithm. It is based on natural selection and evolutionary mechanism. The problem of flight training plan is one of the important works in the management of flight training. Flight training planning is an optimization problem, usually it is based on the experience. This article uses a genetic algorithm to solve the problem of flight training plan.The thesis is focused on the following aspects:researching the problem of flight training plan using genetic algorithm to implement the entire process, including representation of chromosome, fitness function design methods, and the various elements of genetic algorithms in the implementation process. This paper proposed an improved method based on the basic genetic algorithm for specific problem, including adaptive operator method of crossover and mutation. In conjunction with the algorithm implementation methods, we redesign the old flight training management system.At last, the whole work of this thesis summarized and the future research direction is also given.
