In recent year,with the rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry,the air traffic flow in the airspace increased rapidly.The flight delay has been increasingly severe,which influence the traffic safety and increase the workload of air traffic controllers.The ATC departments have to develop more efficient and seamless airspace optimization and air traffic development methods to improve the operation efficiency of airspace.Therefore,with more and more countries introduce new generation of air traffic management system such as the flight plan centralized processing technology,TBO(Trajectory based Operation)and so on.The key of TBO is Trajectory planning.On the basis of previous research,combine the flight plan centralized processing and TBO,the new ideas and improved model algorithm were presented on new research of 4D trajectory planning,which can provide more accurate aircraft height,position and status information,and apply it in the centralized processing system to reduce the flight delay,improve the airspace operation efficiency and ensure the air traffic operation orderly.Strategic trajectory planning of single aircraft and multiple aircraft were presented and pre-tactical flow strategic trajectory planning based flight plan centralized processing theory was formulated.Firstly,introduce the application of new technologies and new ideas such as flight plan centralized processing and TBO(Trajectory based Operation).Secondly,two methods of trajectory prediction were analyzed,including the great circle flight path(GCFP)and the based Bada prediction method.The dynamics,meteorology,route model,weight,speed and other parameter change models were established and a flight was selected for simulation.According to flight plan and route data the flight profile and trajectory were predicted.Then,predicted the route point air traffic flow in period of time.What’s more,simulated in the case of critical point conflict,established airspace and trajectory planning models and change the speed and time which aircraft arrive in the route point to achieve conflict resolution.Additionally,a new algorithm was designed by combining the model of change route and improved genetic algorithm,which was used to change flight route in dangerous weather.Finally,the whole of trajectory planning research was finished,and applied in flight plan centralized processing system.In the end,the paper discussed the future for the direction of research.
