As is known to all, high-voltage insulation test equipment is to ensure the safeoperation of the power system, and dielectric loss Angle measuring which can find theinsulation defects of electrical equipment is an effective means. It is an indispensablecontent of insulation test. Based on the disadvantagements of traditional dielectricmeasuring method of defects and the development of instrument technology in moderndesign, the arctic introduces a new kind of dielectric loss measurement which is belongto MCS-51single-chip technique type of embedded system. The dielectric lossmeasurement instrument is a kind of new instrumentation which measures dielectricloss Angle tangent delta (tgδ) and capacitance (Cx). It can under high voltage andfrequency field finish the measurements of insulating materials, insulation sleeve,power cable, capacitor, transformer, capacitive voltage transformer (CVT), transformerand generator voltage equipments of dielectric loss Angle tangent delta (tgδ) andcapacitance (Cx). Compared with the quality, dielectric loss automatic measurement hasthe simple operation, intuitive and reading without conversion, high precision, stronganti-jamming capability, etc. Instruments and internal standard capacitor voltage deviceswork in "in" mode, and don’t need the external devices, and are carried easily.This thesis designs the dielectric loss measurement instrument which has highmeasurement precision, strong environmental adaptability, strong anti-jammingcapability, and convenient operation. At the same time, it greatly improves the personnelefficiency, and provides the powerful guarantee to the measure dielectric loss foraccurate test.
