The research Cylinder Liner/Piston Ring Lubrication Properties research play a vital role in the field of internal-combustion engine; its lubricating properties directly affect the efficiency, life and pollutant emissions of internal-combustion engine. In recent years, the technology of laser surface micro_texturing (LST) which can significantly improve the friction performance received wide attention. And this technology had been used in automobile engine cylinder surface processing, the results show that the friction and wear reduced, engine life also extended. This text apply the technology of laser surface micro_texturing to motorcycle engine surface, which has theoretical research value and practical significance in engineering.In this paper, laser surface micro-modeling techniques used in the three-dimensional surface of the sample processing, has a certain theoretical value and practical significance. Also for the test has accumulated some experience in a brief introduction to study at home and abroad laser surface texturing, Therefore, this pilot study the influence of the friction pair pit morphology of the surface rules.Circular pit morphology using the BL532continuous laser distribution in the surface of the specimen processing rules, and pits in and around asperities three-dimensional measurement. Friction test specimen processing in the UMT-3friction and wear testing machine parameters:pit depth of depression, pits share the friction properties of the inquiry. The results showed that:the surface microstructure on the friction coefficient can not be ignored, the surface friction coefficient is increasing with the increase of pit depth, and clearly see the laser micro-modeling the surface coefficient of friction than unprocessed much larger share of the micro-structure area on the friction coefficient of difference is not very obvious. Workpiece surface laser micro-machining burrs, when two solid surfaces in contact, the actual contact part account for only a very small area of apparent specific gravity.
