Carbon black oil absorption meter is the standard equipment for detecting carbon black industry.The mixing chamber is the key part,which is easy to wear.Friction failure is the main cause of loss.Using laser to fabricate micro textures on the interior surface of a mixing chamber can effectively improve its tribological properties.In this paper,laser texturing technology was applied to the surface of the mixing chamber,and the tribological properties of micro textured friction pairs on the surface of the mixing chamber were studied through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and experimental research.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Theoretical and numerical simulation.The principle of improving the tribological performance of friction pair surface micro texture was analyzed theoretically.The mixing chamber was simulated using EDEM simulation software to analyze the size and distribution of wear depth in the mixing chamber after stirring.The simulation results show that the micro-texture of the mixing chamber surface can reduce the wear depth of its surface;The chamber with high rotational speed has greater wear,and the research also shows that the pit micro-texture has the best friction reduction effect.2.Morphological study and mechanism analysis of laser micro-texture.A nanosecond pulsed laser was used to fabricate concave and convex micro textures on the surface of the mixing chamber material.The effects of laser power,pulse width,and pulse number on the formation of pits and convex hulls were studied.The results show that with the increase of power,the height of the central convex hull of the micro-texture first increases,then decreases,and finally transforms into pits.The diameter of the microtexture increases with increasing power and pulse width.As the number of pulses increases,the concave depth of the convex part of the center of the micro convex texture also increases,and the protrusion height decreases.3.Study on the tribological properties of laser micro texture.By formulating a friction and wear test plan,the effects of different morphologies of micro textures and composite micro textures on tribological properties were studied.The results show that square microtextures have the best friction reduction among different morphologies;Among the composite micro-textures,the square pit composite micro-texture has the best friction reduction effect.
