In order to eliminate the influence on the visual axis during the movement of the carrier, and to provide a stable vision to the viewer, gyro stabilized platform is widely used in vehicles, aircraft, missile, etc. A digital dual-axis gyro stabilized sighting control system is designed which is used in vehicle after investigating a numerous data of gyro stabilized platform.Through researching the development of gyro stabilized platform and comparing the general stable platform system. Then the working priciple of the dual-axis stabilized platform is analyzed, merits and demerits of the dual-axis stabilized platform are listed. A roll gyro input singnal is added into the system on the basis of the universal dual-axis gyro stabilized platform by which the deviation on both directions of pitch and horizon can be compensated. Each module of speed loop is modeled.then the control system is simulated by Matlab.In the hardware part, the pitching and horizontal control board circuit are designed. Operation rate is greatly improved as the TI"s latest digital signal precessor TMS320F28335is used as the core processor. Modules of power, data aquisition and control system are the key research.At last, the hardware is debuged part by part by means of CCS3.3and the software is designed.According to the debugging result, the control system works well, and the two control boards communicate properly, all the performance meet the requirements.
