With the improvement of the miniaturization and intelligence level of fuze, miniaturized power technology, especially the small physical fuze power has attracted more and more attention. The trajectory aerodynamic energy supplies power for fuze jet generator, which not only can solve the problem of fuze circuit self-powered to ensure the safety during service handling, but also can supply redundant arming signal for some fuze. But due to its great bulk, complicated structure, unstable performance and long activation time, the use of traditional jet generator has been limited. Combined with the development of MEMS technology, a micro physical fuze power which supplied by aerodynamic energy was proposed in this paper.First of all, combining the background of the topic, paper outlined the fuse pneumatic technology, the development of MEMS technology and the demand for physical power of modern fuses. Secondly, the principle of the fluidic generator and the airflow environment of projectile head were introduced, as well as the principle of the conversion of vibration energy and power generation characteristics of piezoelectric material and so on. Combined with tactical requirements for fuse power, the power generation characteristics of the piezoelectric material and the MEMS technology, a type of structure of micro fluidic piezoelectric power generating device was designed. And performance analysis and numerical simulation has been done for a kind of10mm×6mm×1.5mm structure at subsonic inlet flow(set as100m/s) to study the energy acquisition circuit. The results show that the output voltage, energy and response time of the micro power generating device meet the demands of fuse circuit, and has certain feasibility. At last each part’s MEMS processing craft of this fluidic piezoelectric power generating device was designed.Preliminary conclusion that has been drowned form the above analysis, simulation computing research for the principle and characteristics of the micro fluidic piezoelectric power generating device, accumulates experience and provides a reference for further research of micro fuse fluidic piezoelectric power generating technology.
