Aimed at the activation rapidness of modern fuze power supply, two kinds of piezoelectric power supply are studied in this dissertation. They are multilayer piezoelectric power supply and fluidic piezoelectric generator.Multilayer piezoelectric power supply is composed of a multilayer piezoelectric stack, a charging circuit and a DC/DC transformer. The principle of multilayer piezoelectric power supply is studied. The mathematical model is established for the process of the stack charging to a storage power capacitance under the high load during projectile launched. The piezoelectric stack is composed of many very thin piezoelectric chips which reduce the volume of power supply and the power output is improved. The charging process is simulated by Matlab software. The data of a 37mm antiaircraft gun is applied in the simulation. When the storage capacitance is 30μF, results showed that the charged voltage of the capacitance reached 18V at muzzle, and the stored energy is 4.86mJ. It costs 250 μs that the capacitance charged to 5V. Its rapid charge rate meets the activation requirement of power supply in barrel. The results of static pressure tests and impact tests are consistent with the theoretical analysis, and prove that piezoelectric constant d33 increased under high load. Under the pressure of 59MPa the d33 value of material PZT-5H32 is twice as the nominal value. This benefits the increase of generating power capacity. The intensity design principle and energy design principle of piezoelectric stack are established based on the theoretical and experimental study on piezoelectric power supply, the requirements to choice piezoelectric material and the creterions to design the stack structure are given. The design theory of piezoelectric stack is conceived initially. Multilayer piezoelectric power supply is adaped to low power consumption electronic time fuze of small caliber antiaircraft gun.The fluidic piezoelectric generator is put forward based on general fluidic generator, which transforms vibration energy into electronic energy using piezoelectric effect. Compared with fluidic electromagnetic generator, the fluidic piezoelectric generator leaves out link, reed and electromagnetic module. It also has the advantages of continuously power supply, high response speed, small volume, high reliability, fine electromagnetic compatibility, low cost and so on. The output power of the generator is maxmum when the piezoelectric chip occur resonance.
