Small-caliber missiles in the military have the widespread application, performance indicators and its static parameters are closely related to the existing projectile static parameters testing system and do not apply to the small-caliber missiles, based on this, developed a set of effective for small projectile static parameters testing system is very necessary.Based on the various domestic and international test projectile static parameters based on the method, design a set of suitable for measuring the quality of small projectile, the center of mass, eccentricity, equatorial moment of inertia and polar moment of inertia of the test system.System were test bench and lower machine and PC three parts. Various factors taken into account, a total of the quality of the projectile centroid test bench, eccentricity test bench, equatorial moment of inertia and polar moment of inertia test bench three table test bench.Lower machine is measurement and control circuit, based on the single chip computer as the core, hardware including weighing sensor, AD converter, photoelectric sensor, comparator, trigger, photoelectric coupler and level conversion chip, software using C language, realize the signal collection, regulate, and can transfer to PC.PC when PC, according to predefined communication protocol command control circuit, operation includes sensor calibration, system testing, data management, etc.Finally, through the experiment, obtains the experimental results from theory and practice, and the two aspects of experimental data error analysis.
