This paper is main to explored to examination the mass center of not even quantity distributes cylindrical parts by means of four points revolving method and to examination the inertia moment of the parts by means of the law of just turning. Designing the automatic examination equip for multiple parameters(the mass center, inertia moment and the weight of the parts )according to the methods. It was proofed that this text adoption of the method is viable throw experiment and could replace the same kind of examination equipments that import. It could be used for simulating study in aeronautical weapon .There is a set of hold-range transfer mechanism and friction drive system in the equipment. It also used a set of hydraulic system to drive the equip in right position for multiple parameters detecting and made extrusion stress in limited range.It made use of DTC (direct torque control method) and speed control method to meet different detecting, so that the mechanism runs steadily. For every sensor , there are a signal amplifier ,filter circuit and date processing microprocessor to constitute a sensor-based system . Each sensor-based system are controlled and coordinated by a master single chip microprocessor system by means of interior communicating. So they are able to keep synchronous and processing concurrently.Besides the high resolution ratio sensor, the tiny volt class constant power and 24 bit A/D converter which equipped microprocessor are used . The high accuracy amplifier and low-pass filter circuit were designed to deal with the signals.The paper also focus on the problem about how to set up RS-485 local net and to set up master computer control interface under VB6.0 . It elaborated general method and All processes to design a mass center detecting equipment. The course could be benefited and be quoted by engineers.
