| Measuring the motion parameters of the trajectory correction projectile in the process of launching and flying is very important for the research of trajectory correction projectile. This paper is mainly to research the testing methods of motion characteristic parameters for trajectory correction projectile.Based on the interior ballistic equations, the maximum axial acceleration in bore has been calculated. The amplitude and spectral characteristics of the acceleration signal is analyzed with the pressure signal. Through the analysis of damping plate structure and projectile motion parameters, on this basis, ensure the design indexes and functions of the measuring device.The acceleration in bore and the working principle of the sensor measuring the position on damping plate based on the principle of rheostat had been introduced. By analysis the design difficulties of measuring device on high overload and low power consumption, the overall design of the measuring device, block diagram of the system, as well as the function of each component are given.The hardware circuit of the measuring device has been designed. The charge-type acceleration sensor8742A50is selected to measure the acceleration in bore; the sensor measuring the position on damping plate based on the principle of rheostat is designed and analyzed the measurement accuracy influences of the damping plate position on the axial acceleration and rotation speed; the design requirements of the power circuit is analyzed, selected7.4V polymer lithium ion battery as a power supply and finished the circuit design of power conversion circuit, constant current source circuit, addition-proportion circuit and the low-pass filter circuit; MSP430F5525is taken as main control chip, the ferroelectric memory is taken as data memory, the storage circuit and serial communication circuit are designed; for high overload test environment, the mechanical shell of the test system is designed, study the potting material impact mechanism and selected the potting material.The software of test system is designed, including the software design of the lower computer and PC. Based on C language, the lower computer software of the A/D converter module, SPI module and serial communication module is designed to achieve the A/D conversion and data storage; The PC software is designed based on LabVIEW to communicate with the test system and complete the functions of sample readings, data read-back, data processing, data analysis. Software design ideas, program flow and the realization method of various functional modules are provided.Part of the performance test is accomplished to verify the feasibility of the test system. The comparison tests is conducted on the overload test bench and compared with the acceleration test system with PCI. The results show that the testing system of this paper can complete the acceleration in bore test tasks; the simulation test on the position measuring device of the damping plate has been taken to analyze the test data and verify the feasibility of the principle. |
