In order to meet the research and development requirements of a static loading system used in a structural thermal test by a scientific research unit's thermal strength laboratory,a six-channel servo hydraulic loading system was designed.As a means to study the structural deformation or damage of the test piece,the static test can confirm the data of the stress distribution and shape change of the test piece under a certain force loading condition,and prove it as the simulation result of the static test.The types of static heat combined tests in structural thermal tests employ many loading methods and loading equipment for static testing.Based on the research and development requirements,this paper researches and selects the hardware of the servo hydraulic equipment,and determines the hydraulic equipment model and servo hydraulic controller.By studying the theory of servo hydraulic cylinder and flow servo valve,combined with control theory,the transfer function of each link of hydraulic system is determined,and the transfer function of the system is comprehensively obtained.By designing a set of fuzzy PID controller,and the control effect of the conventional PID controller,using Matlab/Simulink platform for simulation calculation,the final result of fuzzy PID control is better than that of conventional PID control,and based on Lab VIEW.The platform applies the designed fuzzy PID controller to the load control software to measure and control the static loading test.Through the design of the servo-hydraulic loading system hardware and software,the study of 6-channel servo hydraulic loading control system was completed,and the system was used to load and debug the load.The debugging results show that the control system runs smoothly and the control effect is satisfactory.The target requirements of the system are achieved.The system designed in this paper can be applied to the combined heat and static tests to complete the static load test task.
