Vehicle servos servo drive mechanism is widely used in high accuracy control field, such as Aviation, spaceflight, weapon guidance In order to accurately control the movement of the vehicle trajectory, we need to precise output response of the drive system. With the constant improvement requirements for vehicle that from transmission accuracy, response speed and stability, requirements for mechanism from lightweight and miniaturization is becoming more and more demanding. Kinematic pair clearance and deformation of the components that prevalent in the mechanical system effect on dynamic characteristics, stability of the output response and vibration of mechanism become very prominent.So depth study of the servo drive system dynamics behavior is significance for improving the accuracy of control of the aircraft flight trajectory. In this paper, establish the vehicle servos servo system dynamic model, consider the impact to its dynamic performance of the clearance and the deformation, use of virtual prototyping technology to dynamics simula-tion analysis.First, this paper analyzes the characteristics and Scope of use that currently exist various types of gap model.Secondly, establish dynamic model of servo drive system that component by servo motors, planetary reducer, ball screw and rudder blade.Finally, using the method of Pro/E, ANSYS, ADAMS co-simulation, detailed analy-sis affect on aircraft servos servo drive system dynamics that come from kinematic pair clearance and the flexible component.Clearance and the flexible component exist in servo drive system affect on dynamic performance is very obvious. Accurately establish dynamic model that containing clearance flexible component can provides a theoretical basis for the structural design and control de-sign of the servo mechanism.
