In this thesis, the front cover of the storage and transport launch container was taken as research object. The research had been done on key technology of the design of the airproof lid, the safety of the fuse, also analysis of the composite material, etc.The airproof lid of the storage and transport launch container can be separated two parts by the fixed place, the front lid and the back lid. Normal the lids and the directional tube can be a container, it can depose the rocket. When the rocked launched, the back lid must be crashed by the flow rules of burning gas. The front lid is crashed by the rocket directly, this style front lid which called the crisp airproof lid.Compared with the tradition lids, the crisp airproof lid is simple structure, under massive, more reliability. It did not infect the fuse and the rocket, it cost effective. So it was more significant to the rocket launcher system using the crisp airproof lid.The key point of the crisp airproof lid was to choose the properly material, although the research of the crisp airproof lid in native was not long, but it obtained some results and used many kinds material。In this thesis, the crisp airproof lid using the glass fiber, because the glass fiber was lightweight but high strength, well decay resistance, well electric insulation, well heat-resistant quality and well design ability, etc. researched the theory of mechanics and disrupt mechanism, lay the ragging of the glass-fiber composite, etc. built the model in ABAQUS, choose the proper failure theory, to do the finite element analysis, finally make sure the form and the material of the lid.Make sure that the crisp airproof lid was fit for requirement, produced some lids, and did the mechanics experiment, compared the value acquired by the finite analysis with the result of the experiment, did the structural readjustment, finally made the lids satisfactory.
