At present, high speed, safety, energy saving, environmental protection,comfort are the important characteristic of transportation industry development,and the most effective way to achieve these features lightweight is the means oftransport, in order to achieve this goal, we generally choose aluminum alloy onthe material. After years of contrast research, transport that made of aluminumalloy, especially the high-speed train and railway vehicles, compared with othermaterials is more scientific, advanced and economical. Vehicle use aluminumproduction made in our country at present is mainly by extrusion production, butthe profiles produced have many shortcomings, to meet the use requirements ofrail vehicle, the necessary measures to repair these defects must be taken. Thisneeds that before the aluminum welded into body, add a correction process afterthe extrusion process, and equipped with corresponding corrective devices, torepair defects of the profiles in the production process, to achieve requiredaccuracy requirement of the car body welding.This topic based on the special fund project on "profile" finishingexperimental platform construction of the central financial support to localcolleges development. First the rule of the elastic-plastic deformation ofaluminum alloy material is studied and the correction process of aluminumextrusion is simulated, and applied it to the optimization design of aluminumfinishing experimental equipment, and then use the statics and dynamics methodrespectively, use the finite element/LS-DYNA tools, correction of profilemodification experiment platform process made contact and display dynamicanalysis. Through the displacement of finite element contact analysis, to getthe transient stress and transient strain profiles of the correction process, and thenonlinear convergence curve; Through the explicit dynamic analysis obtain thecorrective animation demonstration of the process, and the stress and strain inthe process of correction are analyzed.This paper adopts theoretical analysis、ANSYS/LS-DYNA simulation to research the vehicle use aluminum correction method of combining process,through the correction of vehicle use aluminum process theory and finiteelement simulation analysis, obtained the stress and strain analysis of cloud, theresult provides theoretical basis for experimental platform construction as wellas the actual production of the correct equipment design to provide theoreticalbasis and scientific guidance.
