In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology and industrial economy, the aluminum alloy material due to its light weight, high strength and good corrosion resistance, etc has been widely used, especially in high strength aluminum alloy profiles in aviation, aerospace, railway vehicles, and other fields have a large number of applications. Vehicle use aluminum belongs to typical profiled material, it has complex cross section shape, dimensions, wall thin, long length, high accuracy, etc, on the flatness, bending, surface quality and so on all have high accuracy requirements, therefore, must be through the theoretical research and experimental research method of combining the to obtain practical controlled large cross-section profiled aluminum profile modification process parameters and the correction technology. Profiled aluminum straightening machine is key equipment to ensure the quality of aluminum eventually, it can effectively eliminate the residual stress inside the aluminum, the surface spots, crack, and ensures the flatness and straightness of aluminum.Based on vehicle use aluminum as the research object, this paper established the model of straightening process, and using the ANSYS software to establish the model of ANSYS dynamic explicit nonlinear dynamic simulation analysis, research on vehicle use aluminum, correct the stationary of stress and strain in the straightening process, correction energy consumption and the changing rule of the orthodontic force, analysis of reduction to the cross section shape and the size of the aluminum itself features corrective effect; And vehicle use aluminum correction in the laboratory experiment on the experiment platform, combining with the field measurement of experimental data, after sorting, analysis, and comparing the simulation results, the modified numerical simulation, so as to improve the simulation model of vehicle use aluminum rectify deformation to obtain aluminum profile correction deformation parameters of practical and reliable.The research results to understanding and mastering of aluminum in vehicles rectify deformation mechanism, provides the correction of aluminum in vehicles is of important theoretical and practical reference, has certain theoretical and practical significance.
