Bamboo Connection Structure Design Of The Study

As the problems of environment pollution are getting worse in the modern world, the people become to focus on the traditional materials that come from the nature. Bamboo as one of the traditional materials is popular with more and more people because of the characteristics of environmental protection and cultural symbolism. But the bamboo work depend on the manual processing very seriously, it still use the old techniques to make bamboo products. So how to develop and extend the bamboo work, and how to make it with the combination of the modern techniques, it is an important topic to the designers.In this paper, by reforming the traditional connection structure of bamboo and the excellent bamboo design analysis from home to abroad, the redesign of the connection structure is the key point to the bamboo development; it make the flat-packing come true. Through the analysis of the affecting factors of bamboo connection structure design, the paper summarizes the connection structure design principles and methods. At last, the paper proves the feasibility of design method in combination with design practice.
